Ele Parrott, Conference Director
After serving in a local church for a number of years, Ele served overseas training leaders in children and family ministries. She currently works as the Director of Member Care for Paraclete and is the proud grandmother of Caleb!
Don Parrott, Conference Program
Don served for several years in pastoral ministry in the Northwest, then did leadership training in Latin America. He currently serves as the President/CEO of Paraclete, whose ministry is to come alongside missionaries around the world to strengthen them in areas of need.
Dave Estill, Conference Site Coordinator
Dave is a retired Colonel in the U.S. Airforce and presently works as a Real Estate agent in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Barb Estill, Conference Registrar
Barb has worked for many years as a registered nurse. She currently works in an administrative role at Children's Orthopedic Hospital in Phoenix and is the proud grandmother of two young grandaughters!
Jeff Small, Marketing Director
Jeff has worked in radio and television programming and marketing and currently serves as the communications director at Grace Community Church in Tempe, AZ.
